This notice explains what personal information Paragon Technologies Australia Pty Ltd collects through this website, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it. Last updated 22 April 2026.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect on this site is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form. That form asks for:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your message (required)
We also record the IP address the submission came from, so we can filter spam and investigate abuse.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are viewed — it is cookieless, does not identify individual visitors, and does not track you across other websites. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored through analytics.
How we use it
We use your submission only to respond to your enquiry. Your name, email, phone and message are passed to our contact-form worker and delivered as an email to hello@paragontech.net.au. We do not add you to a mailing list, share your details with third parties for marketing, or sell any data.
Where the data goes
Contact-form submissions are handled by two services on our behalf:
- Cloudflare Workers — processes the form POST, validates it, and forwards it. Cloudflare may log standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) as part of normal operation.
- Resend — delivers the resulting email to our inbox. Resend sees the message contents as part of email delivery.
Both services act as processors acting on our instructions. We do not store form submissions in any other database or CRM.
How long we keep it
Once we’ve responded to your enquiry and the email thread is resolved, we delete the original contact-form email unless there’s a live engagement or a legal reason to keep it (typically seven years for contract-related records, per Australian tax and contract law).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@paragontech.net.au and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
